Richard has extensive experience in hospital and clinic administrationton. Additionally, he is proficient in the evaluation, design, development and implementation of medical clinics and health care organizations, including mergers and acquisitions.
In Richard’s tenure as a former Adjunct Dean for International Medical Programs, St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy, St. Petersburg, Russia he led the design of a medical school program for U.S. students. Additionally, he has developed management-training programs for health care professionals throughout the U.S., Malaysia, Mexico, and Russia. Richard is the Founder and CEO of ProMed Management

Dr. Bramwell serves as the Group’s Medical Director and specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He was the head team physician and orthopedic surgeon for the athletic teams at the University of Washington for over 20 years. He is also one of the founders of the Sports Medical Institute, which specializes in rehabilitation of post-surgical patients and accelerated training of amateur, collegiate, and professional athletes.
Dr. Bramwell serves as a Diplomat on the Board of American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Bramwell is a nationally known surgeon and published author and speaker.

Dr. Salter brings a wide variety of healthcare experience and insights holding a Doctorate Degree of Chiropractic Medicine, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to medicine Dr. Salter obtained his BS in Computer Science specializing in Computer Information and Technology. He utilized those skills in various DNA and Weight loss Clinical Research Studies.
Dr. Salter is the founder of Salter Med an integrated physical and mental health clinic that also includes Orthopedic and Neurologic pain management.

Cindy is the President and CEO of Rural Health Specialists providing strategic solutions for rural hospitals and physician specialty groups. Over the past 25+ years she has built and maintained a reputation for strong leadership and innovation within the rural healthcare environment.  Cindy holds a Master of Health Care Administration and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Cindy believes that success is determined when a WIN is created and implemented for all including Patients/Communities/Hospitals and Providers.  Her expertise is in building relationships, identifying challenges, aligning solutions, responsiveness, communication, and action to ensure the WIN.

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise IT infrastructure space. His time in the field consists of Account Development with Omniture (Now Adobe), System Engineering and Account Management with Cisco Systems and independent Consulting services. In 2012, Ryan Wedig partnered with Jarrett Taylor to write the business plan for PrinterLogic, build out a team, and take the company to market. At the end of 2014, he was named CEO of PrinterLogic, which was later rebranded to Vasion in 2021.
Ryan is driven by the passion to simplify the way enterprise IT is designed, implemented, and serviced through the creation of modern cloud-native SaaS platforms. He holds several engineering certifications from both Cisco Systems and VMware.

Jeff is a highly driven and strong C-level operations executive with 30+ years of successful U.S. and international business experience. He leverages vision, functional expertise, strategic thinking, and team alignment to achieve market penetration, revive organizational underperformance, and drive execution of business development strategies within diverse markets. He possesses intimate knowledge of revenue generation, business process optimization, outsourcing management, global marketing as well as business development practices.
Jeff is a US Air Force Veteran and is currently the CEO of Cornerstone Business Solutions and its sister company MedStar Holdings with a focus on growth strategies within the healthcare industry.

Jim is an eexperienced and seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of progressively successful leadership in the rural sector as President & CEO. He has exceptional business development and clinical accomplishments within Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics
Jim has a unique ability to harness the talents, skills, and expertise of colleagues to capitalize on clinical and strategic potential of organizations to excel.

Frank is the Director of Research and Development at Redstone Biotechnologies. He coordinates and oversees activities involving the R&D of concepts, ideas, assays and applications for molecular diagnostic products and services. He brings with him over 14 years of new assay design and development from three diverse clinical laboratories. These include ARUP Laboratories (Salt Lake City, UT), 3-GEN Diagnostic Labs (Highland, UT) and Ameripath-Utah (Sandy, UT).
Frank directly supervised the development of eighteen assays from R&D, optimization to validation, resulting in marketable products. These include tests for infectious and genetic diseases as well as genotyping. Frank holds two issued patents and two pending patents.

By focusing on improving outcomes for stroke victims, Larry is collaborating with Cork Institute of Technology’s Nimbus Research Center, on four new medical device designs and is working with neurosurgery and neuro-rehabilitation hospitals to re-engineer clinical pathways and treatment protocols that will positively impact millions of stroke victims, with applications to improve outcomes on patients with infectious respiratory illnesses, such as Covid-19 victims.  President of WorkForce, Larry designed, built, and managed an industrial medicine network program created in partnership with Columbia Healthcare. He is the founder of Brain Injury Recovery Systems.
Larry is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (LSSBB) and holds degrees from Harvard University in Strategic Management, Tulane University, Healthcare Administration, Louisiana State University, J-Ned.

Dr. Barraco’s career medical career spans over 3+ decades after obtaining both a doctorate degree and medical degree. He has served several communities in Arizona as a Board-Certified Emergency Physician and mostly as the Emergency Department and/or EMS Medical Director.
Additionally, Dr. Barraco served as the Medical Director of Scottsdale Health Institute where he developed a practice devoted to wellness. He advocates for the Institute’s motto, “It is not about the number of years lived but the quality of life in them”. He continues this work as a Medical Advisor for ProMed Management.
